Allan Charles FrancisSTOBIEformerly of Westminster Park, Chester died peacefully in hospital on 26th October 2019. Much loved husband of the late Paula, father of Carla and Philip and grandfather to their respective children, Allan will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew him.
